Refund policy

Rescheduling, Cancellations & Refunds:

We understand things come up, so we want to provide our attendees with some options. You can also read more about why we have these policies in place.

Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests confirmed seven (7) days before the event start time may receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellation requests confirmed between seven (7) days and 48 hours of the event start time may receive a partial refund of up to 50%.
  • Cancellation requests not confirmed before 48 hours of the event start time will result in the forfeiture of any refund.

Rescheduling

  • All rescheduled tickets must be booked within 90 days of the original event.
  • Rescheduling requests confirmed seven (7) days before the session may be rescheduled with no additional fees.
  • Rescheduling requests confirmed within seven (7) days and 48 hours of the event start time will incur a 30% fee. 
  • Rescheduling requests not confirmed 48 hours before the event's start time may be eligible for up to 20% off the purchase of replacement tickets, up to the value of the original purchase. 

Late Arrival & No-Show

  • Late arrival to class cannot be accommodated and will necessitate rescheduling. You may be eligible for up to 20% off the purchase of replacement tickets (up to the value of the original purchase) or the option to cancel without a refund.
  • A no-show will be considered a cancellation, resulting in the forfeiture of any refund.

 

Supplies or Physical Item Returns/Exchanges

Our return/exchange policy for supplies and physical items lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns and Exchanges may be subject to Restocking Fees to cover additional shipping and handling. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items returned exhibiting stains, tears, animal fur or strong odors such as cigarette or marijuana smoke will not be eligible for a refund OR exchange.

Because each item is custom cut, refunds will only be accepted if the item was damaged or otherwise made defective in shipping.

Exchanges may be honored if the incorrect custom item was received.

If the product was sent in error of the seller, a full exchange may be granted. If a mistaken order was made by the buyer, an exchange may be granted for certain cut dimensions minus shipping fees (some additional shipping fees may be required). 

Once a return or exchange has been discussed and agreed upon, you will receive a return shipping label and will be required to repackage your order in adequate shipping material. Any damage to items once a refund has been initiated may void the refund or exchange.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are nonrefundable.
